It is well known that anchor baby citizens do not guarantee their non documented parents legal status. If the parents choose to remain here illegally anyway, this is the risk they take.

As ridiculous as birthright citizenship is, it certainly does not extend rights to relatives not born here.

During the Afghan war the college I worked for brought Afghan students in and 3-4 defected one night. I would have done the same!

They didn’t even had the kids when they snuck in. So they can’t use them as an excuse for doing it.
