Huge research unis like CAL's reputation is dependent on their graduate level output. The undergrad has the best kids from CA public schools but if a school stops considering stadardized test scores, you are probably not getting the genius kids who end up at schools w more holistic standards. That said, according to "perceived" prestige, yes Berkeley definiltey has a brand that belongs in the top 10 |
