Are you a hiring partner at a law firm? Just curious. |
I despise Martin, but why didn't you just use the r-word? Your slur is repugnant. |
that poster is lucky enough to have a paying job, let alone a legal degree. |
Slate on Ed Martin qualifications

I agree. The "are you threatening religious discrimination?" threat is perfectly woven into his response. I took a class with Treanor once. I don't agree with him on everything, but he is brilliant. |
Spoken like someone who does not have the intelligence and work ethic to get into GU Law. Let me guess, you are uneducated, low IQ, and make a measly 50k annually? Guess what, GU Law students make almost 200k after graduation (180k median). Way more money at the start of career than you are worth or will ever be able to make even at 65. |
Report trolls, don't white them. |
Dangerous game. Many wealthy people are maga trolls. |
Like the old saying: "The students are here for four years, the Faculty for a lifetime, but Harvard is forever." |
Unfortunately, I don't think we can't assume Trump will be president for only this term, I think he is going to find a way to run again in 2028. All the more reason that Georgetown needed to push back. And I agree with others that it was a fantastic letter!!! Made my heart happy to see a reasonable push back that will be harder for conservatives to dismiss. I understand your mindset of "big whoop, just a few jobs" but I think the threat in that letter was and is MUCH more than a few jobs. And, G-Town may have a big bullseye on it now--they have run the risk of being targeted by the administration, but I am so glad they stood up to the bullying. Someone has to try. |
Didn't Tiffany Trump go to Georgetown for her law degree? Yep, useless. |
How is the news that Ed Martin is likely a paid Russia agent not bigger a bigger headline? |
