As usual, you mangle what is being said to fit your narrative: no one is complaining about rights or guarantees. Georgetown Law is simply pointing out that threatening to NOT hire from a specific school is illegal. Does ring any historical bells for you?

Sounds a lot like what some of the Supreme Court justices have said. Of course this one is way more brazen because it’s based on specific speech the administration doesn’t like. Or at least specific ideas of speech.
