Lottery first for SWW/Banneker then interview, or interview then lottery? 3rd wave?

And your relationships with the teacher may in fact be terrific. The question is whether the teachers played the game and rated DC max across the board or tried to answer the questions thoughtfully but didn't rate you DC tops everywhere. The form is online somewhere. It would be easy for a teacher that really likes your DC to honestly answer with something other that the top score in a category if that teacher didn't realize doing that might sink you kids application.
