I think placing Beidleman at Paint Branch had more to do with McKnight's goal of matching principals with their student populations. So the thinking would be that Beidleman, is a good fit for Paint Branch since it is the MCPS high school with the highest Black student population.

Unfortunately, that selection did not pan out for all of the reasons we now know.
