Oh god no. Especially not a woman alone. I’m confused though, are you looking for a place to vacation? Because Baltimore is not it!

White Narsh is not Baltimore. It's a suburb with a mall just off 95.

Honestly, I don't know! I spent a lot of time in the area in my 20's, so touristy stuff doesn't appealing. I may just work. Want the option, you know? That's why I'm ok going a bit farther from Annapolis for more reasonable lodging and something interesting to see. But I'm going to check out the specials PP listed.

I've done this before, but it's definitely tempting!

Both are good options.

Weird, the Westin rate isn't working. But I booked the Courtyard. Thank you!

White marsh is gross. What are you planning to do there for 5 days. We stayed there for a baseball tournament and there was a guard. Do not recommend. They probably house homeless people there. Maybe the economy lodge in falls Arlington near the east falls church metro? It’s definitely a motel and bare bones but at least it’s safe and you can walk to metro and go into dc easily.

Don’t stay there. It’s gross. It’s fine safety wise but it’s really bare bones. We stayed one night. Never again.

Since you will have a car, have you looked at Philadelphia? It's a little more than 2 hours from Annapolis. Good food, lovely art museum. You could split your time between Annapolis and Philly if you wanted.

OP - check out Rockville/Gaithersburg hotels near Shady Grove Road. The Sheraton at King Farm for example. The area is safe, and if you want, you can take the Metro into DC during the evening.

DC at night isn't safe.

Ok, Bethesda, then.

Generator Hotel in DC has worked for me. Near a Dupont circle, bus routes etc.

Yeah I know... we've stayed there for sports tournaments and NO thanks!
