Most contractors I know are still hybrid unless they are IC.

I did not have to go downtown today, but I did go from Vienna to Falls Church City over by the new Whole Foods, and traffic was normal to light-ish. And this was between about 8:10 and about 8:40. Height of rush-hour on 123 and Route 7.
