Reputations are similar, but what Bucknell has that Middlebury is missing is a Greek system that basically serves as a VIP club for IB/MC jobs. The top tier men are Bucknell are ride or die, not just while in college but throughout your entire careers. If you're in, you don't have to worry about prolonged unemployment or career stagnation. If you find yourself out of a job or at a dead end in your current position, you can just go back to the well and get put back on track in no time. You won't find a more entrenched and loyal network.
