Silly me hoping the contract will survived the stop work order. I realized now the stop work is just to delay it long enough that it will just eventually die. I guess this was the plan all along.

How do employers find/search the resumes of laid-off folks? Is there a centralized place? Would be great to be able to search by skillset and find/hire great folks.
