It's not too late. This is when lots of people hire.

Ditto. We purchased a 10 hour package from our counselor and it was well worth it.

It doesn't sound like you need one based on her profile/schools.

But it may help you to just hire a tutor to help polish/edit her essays!

We did school research ourselves but hired an essay coach end of junior year. Paid hourly and Cost adds up but was the best investment. The college essay writing is very time consuming so start early. Get common app essay done early summer. Supplemental prompts are available beginning early August. Essay coach was a great partner and Helped craft the application narrative
- activities, essays, etc. Helped brainstorm essay topics and got my kid to engage. Writing coach kept my kid on track so less yelling from me. I think essays matter. My kid spent a lot of time on every essay and my kid had great results! I helped with final edits and to refine grammar but a good essay coach will help a kids voice and ideas to shine through.

It might be late to get a college counselor. But it is never late to get Counseling….. with an “S”….

We started January of junior year. The biggest help was having someone other than me to keep timeline on track and brainstorm essays.

I agree with PP that you probably don't need a full package based on stats and schools on the list, but not too late to get a CC
