| Arlington tends to have more lower level teams in each age group than Vienna and McLean. That may allow you to find a team that is closest to your child's skill level, where in smaller clubs, there can be greater variation of skill level within a single team. |

I don't answer the annoying poster who posts ABOVE the quote. |
And Arlington seems to keep moving kids up even at older ages from the bottom team- meaning development still happening. |

The girls that make the higher team seem to be happy, but I think they don’t always have enough girls to feed a lower team. |
