Lower level teams Arlington vs. McLean vs. Vienna

Yep. Very frustrating and they do nothing but tell you it’s the players who are to blame for their “behavior”. But it’s so odd because when they have a guest coach at tournaments, they do so much better and are complimented by the coach.

Arlington tends to have more lower level teams in each age group than Vienna and McLean. That may allow you to find a team that is closest to your child's skill level, where in smaller clubs, there can be greater variation of skill level within a single team.

Is this on the girls side or boys side or both?

And Arlington seems to keep moving kids up even at older ages from the bottom team- meaning development still happening.

Good to know. Any feedback on Vienna girls teams?

The girls that make the higher team seem to be happy, but I think they don’t always have enough girls to feed a lower team.
