Bells and whistles with a Wolf range?

We have the 6 burner Wolf with the griddle. The griddle is nice for making pancakes and burgers. We don't use it that often though.

I think I can count on one hand the number of times I have used 4 burners at once... and I throw large parties, always cook from scratch, host holidays.

I don’t use all 8 burners at once, but I find it super helpful to have that much space to set a pan off burner while working on another dish or resting an item from the oven. I live in an apartment, there is not a ton of counter space, and I am not able to have a double oven on the wall. The space and option of 8 burners are helpful even if all 8 are not in use at once.

I had a cooktop with multiple burners in the back when my child was little. I used only the back burners to keep curious little fingers away from hot burners or pans.

We have the 6 burner Wolf with griddle and a second small oven. The 2nd small oven is the best feature of all - we use it more than the big one.

What do you cook/bake in the small oven?
