Which store has quality meat and fish like Whole Foods

Wegmans meat is terrible, Costco is a notch above.

Honestly, WF has the best by a mile in the grocery store segment.

If not WF, then either Harvey’s or Organic Butcher.

If you like the flavor of grass fed/finished - several great farms do CSAa or farmers markets.

I’m so old that I remember Giant’s big G logo had “The Quality Meat People” across the center on their logo.

The meat at Trader Joe’s is rancid. Everyone knows that.

Costco and the Falls Church farmers market. Moms is small but has really good produce, dried goods, and coffee

Halal meat shop on Colvin Avenue in Alexandria. One minute it’s a bird, next minute it’s in a package for you. Clean and healthy.

Lamb is pretty good too.

I like the salmon at Trader Joe’s — better and less expensive than WF.

Wegmans meat is terrible. Look at the reviews.

We buy there every week. It’s perfectly fine.

I also use pro-fish for seafood. Btw, depending where you ate, they also deliver if it's inconvenient to go to one of their pickup spots. For meat, I buy from either the farmers market (Dupont) or have it shipped from Crowd Cow.

I have a delivery order from Butcher Box. I love it.

This is easy. MoM’s for meat. Or begin a habit of hitting the farmers market or Union Market.

ProFish for fish.
