If you can’t run close to home, know where the bathrooms are along your route. Portapotty are usually along the public trails. It’s nice to know they’re there. I also ask myself when I pass one if I need to go.

Yes ... keep experimenting with your schedule and your food, and your body may eventually adjust. It's great if we can do it beforehand, but it's not always possible!
