It depends on the type of baking. Muffins/Banana bread anything with fruit is pretty forgiving. |

my kids loved mashing the bananas, and it’s a forgiving baked good if measurements are messed up a little. plus mini muffins are fun to eat and can be frozen and popped in the microwave each morning! |
| I second the soft pretzels. My kids are adults now but we made these often when they were little. It's fun being inventive with the shapes, eyeglasses, letters, whatever you can think of. It's like playing with clay but then you get to eat it. |
