Anatomy&Physiology vs AP Bio

Core courses are the mix of life science, physical science, and lab science. A&P, an upper level life science course, is a part of that.

Just saying how they're regarded in admissions.

My junior is doing this now, with health classes over the summers to open space up for more science electives.

Anyone with a rigorous schedule is doing Health online either over the summer or the fall semester.
