I think there is an alliance between FVU and GFR. GFR is a feeder club into FVU just like BRYC, McLean, and Vienna are.

Play up in ncsl to get more playing time.

A few girls on the YNT played both GA and ECNL for several years.

No rule saying they can’t. Just can’t play ECNL and ECNL or RL and RL. Someone said it earlier, NM runs it. He will find a work around to get players in.

You can absolutely be dual rostered for ECNL and ECNL-RL. FVU doesn’t have an RL team so players who are dual rostered play for BRYC, McLean, Vienna, or GFR RL (the feeder clubs)
