How annoying or complicated is it to switch hotels during an 8 day stay?

We unpack completely (I don’t really understand thinking a place is too disgusting to unpack but ok for sleeping & eating) but I don’t think moving once would be a big deal.

We’ve done this with small kids with no issue. I pack everyone their own cube and when we arrive I place each cube in a drawer so that everything is accessible but still packed. Very easy to pack back up and move. The only issue is where your stuff will go between hotels or airbnbs. Most places allow you to keep stuff there or drop stuff off early.
