This looks like a diaper bag. |
Another lovely tote! But not a crossbody! https://www.madewell.com/p/womens/accessories/bags/totes/the-transport-tote/53228/ |

Nope. Not for me. Beautiful bag. But do you carry it on the Metro? I need a zipper, else everything falls out. I'm a klutz, always dropping things! |
| Take a look at MZ Wallace bags - they are so incredibly functional I'm sure you can find something. I'm eyeing one of the new styles with the added chain which gives the bag a more elevated look. Definitely they are still everyday bags with so many pockets! |
I live in NYC and carry it on the subway. I have a felt insert for it that has pockets and zippered compartments. It comes in a smaller size, that would probably fit a laptop, but I need more room for when I'm running errands or want to carry around a scarf/hat/cardigan etc. |
|
I’m confused- you want an inexpensive crossbody with a zipper that can hold a laptop? Is that right?
Crossbodies don’t typically work for laptops as well as totes, that’s why I’m confused. |
No, I want a crossbody that's large enough for necessities -- phone, sunglasses, keys, wallet, tissues, makeup |
You can also buy a long strap to add on that can be worn as a crossbody. |
| I like the HOBO brand. Lots of crossbody options. |
| I like Calpak and it's at that price point. |
