REALLY tight and painful hip flexors

Honestly just took me a couple of weeks! I also thought it was a shoulder/arm thing but turns out it’s much more about the core and back (both of mine are a bit chubby so I’ve appreciated the tightening). If I just hang with no movement though, it really stretches out the lower back and hips. I do it before I go for a run and my runs are so much better.
