It's going to transition from a no-cut sport since there won't be enough spots for the local kids. You can't just add more teams since field access is finite.


Totally agree, because so many leagues will shut down. It’s also going to create so many inequalities, way more than exist now.

The city should let NWLL/Cap City use the turf field at Deal. It’s usually empty on the weekends and would prevent many rained out games.

They can…but Deal often has multiple sports happening at the same time and there is no fence so it’s hard to play baseball games when flag or soccer is out playing on the big field.

Not sure why you think it is empty…it is used quite a bit in Fall and Spring

They should have turfed the Hearst field. After spending millions on grass it’s once again a weed infested mud pit. What a waste.
