I disagree. Saying a parking pass is available upon request does not clearly mean it costs money. I recently stayed at an Airbnb that said pack n play available upon request. Upon request simply means something is available. If you put all the costs on your listing then why would anyone assume there are additional costs? I’ve never heard of Venmo-ing an Airbnb host on the side for anything.

This. And make sure to clearly articulate that you were unaware of this fee until after booking and that the host asked you to pay outside the platform.
