Repeat C Section

My second was almost pleasant. I showed up calm, with my hair and makeup looking great. Put me under in a different part of the hospital, had a way better time with the spinal, everything was quick. I went in Thursday morning and was home Saturday night. I did a quick solo outing with my 2 year old a week later. Knowing what to expect made it a lot easier, as did having no labor first. Good luck OP!

Obstetricians are notoriously crappy surgeons. It is a running "joke" in the surgery world. There is a scan that measures the scar thickness that would probably prevent all ruptures in TOLAC that they hide from women/don't do randomized clinical trials to validate because it would expose which of the obstetricians have been butchering women for decades

You post about this on almost every thread about C-sections. Please, seek therapy for the trauma you experienced. It’s not healthy to be posting here constantly about this the way you do.

Makeup? Solo outing in a week with a kid who still needs lifting? Yeah, no.

Thank you for the advice. I can't afford $10,000 for the EMDR that has been suggested by my therapist.
