Parting with nanny

PP’s comment about premiums in DC going up was interesting. I had to lay off my nanny in MD and had no increase in premium when we hired her back several months later.

OP I know she’s a very nice young lady but so flaky. I agree with you and I’ve suggested to her that she work in a restaurant or something as she’s dragging so much in the mornings.

OP is being more than generous by giving her a bonus, a reference, severance, and I’m sure give her plenty of opportunities to be on time and get her drivers license.

The only person who put herself in this bad position is the nanny.
