I come here to see if there's anything of interest or relevance, for general nutrition and fitness info, etc. It does seem weight loss drugs warrant their own category now, as they seem to dominate. I don't usually see anything of interest or useful anymore. I'm not interested in weight loss drugs and would much prefer more encouragement, support, and information about healthy eating and nutrition and weight loss by non-medication means.
