I can really see this visually. An attractive woman dashing across a dirty, rainy street full of taxis and lit by shop signs. Her coat matches the heaps of bags on the sidewalk. She emerges from her environment like Botticelli's Venus and draws all eyes to her loveliness. Pizza Rat scuttles by in the foreground. |

It’s the default winter jacket in many European cities. Usually purchased from the cheap chain stores like H&M.
