| Stuffing goes in the crockpot. Potatoes for mash in the instant pot. Roasted vegetables in the air fryer. Everything else in oven at various times. It’s a delicate dance of timing. |
| The key to this is to start practicing Tetris 6-8 weeks before Thanksgiving. Then on the big day, put your skills to use! |
| A 20-lb turkey in a pan fits fine in a Weber gas grill…with no turkey, only one oven is NBD. |

You realize most of America has one oven? And even more so in previous generations. I didn’t know a single person growing up with two ovens. My Grandmother had one oven and the kitchen that was so tiny she stored all
Her pots, pans, and panty items in the basement and regularly hosted 15+ people at Thanksgiving. While I don’t host that many, the way I remember it and the way I do it is make all the sides before the turkey goes in if they need the oven. You can maybe fit one side in the oven with the turkey if needed. I usually put the stuffing in a casserole dish and bake at same time as turkey. When turkey comes out, anything that needs warming goes in. |

We only have one oven, and it's fine. However, we do smoke the turkey in the BBQ grill. And, our one oven is full size with 3 racks. All 3 were in full use today! At Christmas, I also use the convection oven (microwave/convection), so that helps. And pies were all cooked Wednesday, so ahead of time

| We have a Breville toaster oven that fits a 9*9 pan. We heated appetizers and creamed spinach in that. Worked well. DH said we could have sure the Traegar as well but we didn’t end up needing to do that. |

I have one oven. I cook the turkey on my Weber and have one of these in the oven.

Love this. I am a great cook and have made the huge Thanksgiving meal of all made from scratch items with little help for decades but the timing of everything still intimidates me. |
+1 I've used a Weber as a steam table to keep my bird at temp. Unoccupied oven handles the rest. |
| You prep the stuffing and then cook it while the turkey sits after it is done cooking. |
