The rose garden was in decay due to an aging irrigation system, too much shade and root entanglement. It also lacked full accessibility for the handicap. The rose garden only had 11 rose bushes left for the renovation and she put in 200.

Anyone that knows gardening also knows that reworked garden needs a season to root in and bloom.
