Juice causes blood sugar spikes which makes you hungrier. Fiber and protein are more satiating.

It actually is not a "great way to cleanse your body." Logically speaking, removing fiber from foods just means that you no longer have nature's little brushes to sweep up food particles in your digestive system out your backdoor. |
