Please suggest warm slippers that are good for plantar fasciitis

I never understand why people don't just go to a podiatrist, get custom inserts molded to their feet, and then put the inserts in any shoes (or slippers) they want. I'm constantly moving mine from my sneakers to my slippers to my work shoes, it's so easy.

The Ugg ones with the sole. So comfy

I went many months dealing with the pain of plantar fasciitis. During warmer months, I alternate between Oofos recovery slides and Vionic Tide II shoes. When it’s cooler, my go to inside shoes are Vionic Gemma Mule slippers.

Ugg slippers made my plantar fasciitis pain much worse. They have flat soles.

I have the shearling Birkenstock Arizonas and they are very warm despite my toes being uncovered. But any of the shearling birks should work.

Me too - I had the Tasmans. Is there another kind that has arch support?

Oofos! They make slippers in addition to slides.

I have Oofos and Vionics. The Oofos are too soft for my liking. When I’m having plantar fasciitis pain I prefer the support of the Vionics

Yes! I live in my Stegmann’s—they are very well made. The wool wicks away moisture, and the cork soles have excellent arch support and cushioning. They are warm in winter and cool in summer. I wear them with thin cotton socks.

Came to recommend the Bostons with shearling. I have regular ones which I find plenty warm.

I love Birkenstock sandals and live in them (several different pairs) in warmer weather and I have just not been able to find a pair of Bostons that felt comfortable to me. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. (Not OP.)
