OP, I am in Columbia MD and my internist recommended the neurology practice below. I am not planning to call until next year, so I’m not sure how long you would have to wait for an appointment, but might be worth a try:

Try Dr. Colleen Blanchfield in Reston. I just saw her for migraines and sleep disturbances. My primary care doctor recommended her to me. She’s great. |
