Correct. They’re trying to destroy the government. Many of them for ideological reasons, Trump because that’s what the Moscow office asked him to do.

I don't think that they are actively trying to destroy the government. But I think they are trying to weaken the regulatory powers of the government for the benefit of big business. They want corporations and the 0.1% to be able to make uncontrolled profit and government controls, like energy, pollution, taxes and other legal regulation and control interfere with businesses being able to do what they want for profit.

So, the point is to make government unable to control and regulate businesses. Outside of allowing corporate America to reap profits to the detriment of the people, land and resources, they don't really want to destroy the government. They still benefit from a lot of other aspects of government.

Precisely. They want to make sure Boeing, Exxon, and Elon Musk can do whatever they want (so long as they kiss the ring). But they want to make sure government is still very powerful, because they also want to dictate who you can marry or sleep with, whether and when you have children, what you are allowed to read, etc.
