I don’t get it!

If it’s not a cult I don’t know what it is. Like I said, I’m a hard core Republican and not some crazy liberal. We can survive four years of Harris but four years of an unleashed Trump scares the hell out of me.

47% of America are goofy, I guess.

48%+ will get it right in enough battleground states to get it right and elect VP Harris.

fanaticism. MAGA will vote for Trump no matter how bad he is.

I don’t get your mindset. We cannot afford trillions more in reckless spending and debt. We cannot afford to continue this crushing inflation and unaffordable housing. We can’t afford to have millions more illegal immigrants enter the country. Four years more of the Biden-Harris administration scares me and tens of millions of other Americans.

It's not just about money. It's about rights. It's about fighting against tyranny. There is much more at stake than finances.

Yeah, because the guy who says he wants to be a dictator is certainly nothing to worry about for people concerned about tyranny.

Trump did nothing about those issues.

We can survive any policy disagreement.

We cannot negotiate with terrorists, aka, people who seek to undermine then deny election integrity, and finally try to foment violent coups that kill people.

So I agree with OP that I don't understand why there's so much support for Trump. The people are very stupid indeed.

Unless... the high Republican turnout is actually people who want to ensure Trump doesn't get to the White House. But that wouldn't explain the polls.

Here is a clue. His 4 years:

low inflation + low interest rates
no new wars
better border security
tax cutes

It's Trump who increased the national debt more than Biden, you absolute MORON.

Name calling isn't fair, Questioning intelligence is because your explanations are not based on facts that correspond with reality.

Not true. People vote based on their daily experiences. DCUM likes to ignore what you're saying and spout statistics.

This is what lazy people say. When they don't want to think, they just yell racism. It's meant to shut off all further discussion. Kinda like calling your opponent a Nazi and Hitler.

Trump is scheduled to blow the deficit out of the water based on analysis of his economic plan. Trump’s deficit would be nearly 2x higher than Harris’s deficit.

No one believes Trump will do or even remember what he says. Look at 2016-2020. What he said and what happened did not relate

Because Kamala wasn't nominated to run. The Democrats steamrolled the will of the voters and ignored who the electorate wanted to run.

The Democrats badly underestimate how unpopular Kamala is. She got destroyed in the primary in 2020. The only reason she has a VP job is because of Biden. The Democratic electorate voted for Biden to be the nominee, not Harris. She has never won a national election.

After she loses the Democrats are going to be shocked. They will thoroughly regret ditching Biden (the will of the electorate) just because of one badly run debate. Biden hasn't even looked bad since the debate either. Even if he became incapacitated in year one they would have had Harris anyway. They should have just stuck to using Joe to beat Trump.

My brother feels exactly the same. He’s always been Republican and he’s voting Harris. Too bad he’s in Massachusetts which will go blue anyway.
