I would bet Elon has been committing treason by the strict definition laid out in the law. Of course he has to put his whole hand on the scale for Trump; Trump has so far evaded any real consequences, and billionaires generally don’t experience consequences, but every so often the chips align just so and perhaps Elon knows just how many felonies he’s committed.
