Go to a local sports club with an indoor tennis courts....municipal or private....go on a waitlist/hire a coach for private lessons twice a week and sign your kid up for class based on skill; middle school/high school flight. I am in NOVA now, but UMD College Park Tennis Center was a good place to start back in a day.
