Small but super responder to semiglutide?

yes, you are on the right track to figuring out maintenance. maybe you take it every 2 weeks at your current dose or even half of that. gradual taper down to zero or wherever you end up that you don't relapse into bad habits.

A healthy diet and exercise are cheaper than what you are doing.

Oh yes OP, eat less and move more! 🤣

Oh wait, maybe OP just needs two weeks at the seaside to calm her hysteria.

Science and medicine have evolved PP. You should too!

Curious. What clinic you used that is only $100/month?

I also agree that if you lost that quickly you likely lost a good amount of muscle. I’d work on strength training.

2.5 is a small dose. Mounjaro goes all the way to 14.5

Ignore this idiot.

Except that OP titled the thread semiglutide of which 2.5 is the largest dose. It was only after OP clarified that she is on trizepetide that 2.5 becomes the entry dose……

It’s a weight loss clinic, but some you pay by the quantity of dose and some you pay monthly on fee. If you’re taking a high dose it makes sense to pay monthly, if you’re taking a very low dose it makes sense to pay by the quantity. I’m paying for one container that some people use in 2 weeks but I’m using the same amount of medicine over the course of several months if that makes sense. You pay only for an appointment when you want to change your dose.

Yes but I eat healthy and work out 4 times a week as it is. I just could not lose weight.

I’m your height and 165 despite eating very healtth and working out and having an active job. I’m surprised you were prescribed it at that weight.

I haven’t. I do measurements and testing for all this. My muscle and hydration is in the perfect range for my height. I look healthy. I definitely don’t have ozempic face and don’t look super thin either. I have an athletic, curvy build. 5’5 and 120’s does not look sick at all but I don’t want to lose any more. 128/129 looks great and healthy for my height and is my ideal so if I taper down and gain a few I’ll be good. Sz 4, 27 waist, 34B

It’s a compound. Anyone qualifies that has weight resistance. Mine is hormone related.

OP you can tell yourself you are working out and measuring but they don't measure your face. I promise you that while you may have muscle and hydration your face doesn't. You lost a lot of weight quickly on a drug. Not telling you to stop but this is exactly what Ozempic face is. And no one thinks they have it but it is a real thing that is very hard to reverse.
