Do you like your natural hair texture?

Asian here. During perimenopause, my formerly straight, thick-stranded hair became thinner (strands became thinner), more frizzy and developed uneven waves. Now post-menopause, I have added many layers and stye by spritzing in leave-in conditioner and a little bit of curling cream, scrunch and air dry. It brings out the waves and controls the frizz.

I have a mix of 2b/2c waves with some 3a curls mixed in. I love it. Many would consider it "difficult", but IDGAF - it's a bit messy, a bit wild, and suits me perfectly.

I have the same hair and I can't get over how difficult it is (it's really not that bad, but I am fundamentally lazy when it comes to beauty). I would love to get to the point you're at! Any tips?
