land is finite, the growth is infinite in theory. Does that mean it will always grow over any given year, or 5 year period? no.

But don't be silly to think that the land in somerset will be worth less 20 years from now

smart people know there is never a peak, unless you are into short term trading..

Actually kind of a coincidence, but along the trend of the older generation moving out and younger families moving in. One was a tear down that just finished getting rebuilt and I think one was sold but is still showing up for some reason.

(Seriously - he tried to ban trick or treating during Covid and... then sent emails out on the town listserv saying that he'd been patrolling that night and was disappointed to see people violating his edict.)
