Not fit for human consumption due to being denatured. Also some seeds are just not good for you at all, such as rapeseed and GMO canola.

They promote inflammation and cellular decay via increased oxidation, increased free radicals, and cancer causing agents.

Only the lobbyists and their minions will tell you different.

What about organic non gmo canola?

No such thing. All "canola" is GMO. "Canola" never existed until just a few decades ago when it was genetically engineered for machine lubricating purposes, but was then used and marketed for a cheaper and more hardy replacement of older style corn oil. Corn oil is not good for you either.

You're not worth the effort. You're too far gone into the tin foil madness.

Not in MD but Limani at the wharf might work https://wtop.com/business-finance/2023/10/limani-grille-opens-3-story-restaurant-at-the-wharf-no-butter-only-olive-oil/

Also you could try a type of food that doesn't typically add oil, like pizza or sushi

I think Ethiopian and Indian food usually uses clarified butter rather than oil.

The Olive Oil market is rife with fraud and unscrupulous behaviors now.

The poor harvests of the last couple years caused olive oil prices to double or triple. This has lead to many companies now mixing unhealthy oils like Canola or even worse, with the olive oil. As long as a certain % is olive oil, they can get away with marketing it as just olive oil and not disclosing the other oils mixed in with it.

Caveat emptor is even difficult, since governments allow the practice.

Butter or lard are better for cooking as they can withstand higher temperatures and not be as harmful as overheated oil oil.

You right to avoid corn/canola oils as they are seed oils and harmful.

Do you then never go out to eat? What do you eat when traveling?
I supposed you can avoid it if you cook for yourself exclusively but don't think these kinds of cooking oils are completely avoidable, they are probably used as cooking oil in 99% restaurants and take out joints.

Life is not all or nothing.

Enjoying a cigar now and then is fine. Smoking several a day is not. Understand?
