I have to agree w/this.

Your babysitter sounds very entitled to ask you to pay her when she was the one who flaked out.
She does sound very entitled & that is not how you want someone who watches your kids to be.

Are you offering a fair market-rate for payment?
I am only asking this because if you are not - then you may have a tough time finding someone dependable.
