Family friendly real estate TV shows

Pretty much anything on HGTV. Beachfront Bargains is good, the homes aren’t usually that amazing or expensive.

Love It or List It, House Hunters, and My Lottery Dream House tend towards boring or annoying.

If you can get past the oh-so-campy David Bromstad, it still sucks. Most times the houses are still pretty basic and the lottery "winners" are dullards.

I can’t get past him. The tattoos are too distracting.

I like these too. Any beach house show. They are fun and safe viewing.

My kids like this one and Love it or List it. We bet on the decisions.

Maine Cabin Masters! The cast is really likeable. Very little drama and they genuinely seem to like each other and get along. They really transform the derelict old cabins into beautiful places to live.

The Paris Agency is good but the music bumpers have some non kid friendly lyrics.
