How do you watch in a public space? Isn't it too loud to hear? And the subtitles have a delay so what is the point?

It's quiet! This is DC. In certain areas of town, people are glued to the big screens. Ever been around Capitol Hill, the bars and restaurants there? In another part of town, once upon a time a certain bookstore had debates viewing party.
