Rate for overnight sitter for older kids

A Nanny would charge their hourly rate up until 11pm or so then a flat “ sleeping hours” rate of $100-$150 then hourly again at 7am.
So I would probably offer a flat rate of $200-$250 for coming to your house in the evening staying overnight, handling morning routine.

Have you asked your housekeeper? I would start with $60 maybe more. Nothing to do with them sleeping.


She has to stay in house and be alert and that is also part of her job is work! If, once they are asleep, she can look esve house and party elsewhere then no pay for sleeping hours. But this isn't what you want, is it?

Much less than that obviously, since laying around watching kids is not laborious housework.
Probably $100 for overnight till noon the next day.
Free food from fridge.
Mini bar is extra $ or deduction from her pay, and hide the good stuff.
