Get a real fitting. Most likely your band is too big and your cup is too small. After previously wearing 34C I got measured and learned I was 32DDD which sounds huge but isn’t. I like Wacoal bras for full coverage. HerRoom.com has lots of bra options and uses the universal cup size that may be applied across brands.

You aren’t even that big. You’re wearing the wrong size. I was a c cup while still in puberty.
