Noonan did not want to retire - he had to because of his inappropriate behavior. He’s currently still at it trying to force out good people, keeping only people who do his dirty work before the new superintendent begins in July. Whoever wrote in 2022 that he is a narcissist was spot on.

Both of these things were horribly neglected under Murphy. Duran is not perfect but he's done a lot of good in APS.

I don’t know anyone sad that he’s leaving. Many of us are hopeful FCCPS can turn back around. It’s become too CO heavy and added too many non teaching positions that have taken away from the classroom and the students. -teacher

“Inappropriate” behavior usually means something sex related.
