This morning was uniquely bad, in fact the worst I’ve seen it. River, seven locks, old Georgetown, Rockville pike were all a parking lot and gridlocking the intersections at falls, democracy, Tuckerman, etc. apparently there was a crash on 495 outer loop near Clara Barton and another near old Georgetown. It was a disaster.
