Never will I understand why some people think it's some sort of flex to tell the world they're such a coward they're terrified to even set foot in a part of the city where tens of thousands of office workers, tourists, and those "blue haired liberal snowflakes" the "cities are hellholes" crowd is so fond of maligning enjoy without fear every single day.

DP. I still go to Nats games, but if you're enjoying that part of the city "without fear," you're not very bright. In the past 8 or so games we've gone to, there was a shooting on the street next to the stadium during the game that led to the evacuation of the stadium and after another game we attended this summer, someone was shot a half a block from the entrance to the park. So 1/4 of the times we've been down there, which is not great odds.
