Not a major Oasis fan but I lived in Manchester in the late 90s and I was walking in the city with some housemates and we came across Oasis giving a concert from the rooftop of one of the hotels in the city center. Pretty cool memory!

They may think it’s necessary to have some stunt to “recapture the magic”. We are all older now. Nobody wants that nonsense. I wish I could trust them enough to put big money up for tickets.

I think it’ll be fine this time around. Liam has grown up a lot and is no longer the out of control, unpredictable front man that he once was. It sounds like they are not heading into the studio either and I think a lot of the frustrations from before centered around recording the albums.

Was the roof held up by wonderwalls?

I missed seeing them in like 2004 or 2005 because I had young kids and was too sleep deprived to go. I’m still bummed about it and I hope they can keep their shiz together to actually tour!

DH and I are going to try to head overseas to see them with friends that live in England. I told them we need to try to get tix to their first couple shows because no one expects they will make it through the whole thing.

It’s been said that Liam Gallagher is the type of guy that could start a fight in an empty room.
Don’t forget, their first European tour ended in a mass brawl and the band getting deported from Amsterdam… on the very first night of the tour.

I read something like "oasis tour expected to outsell T swift" and thought it was a joke. It is right? Or are people really that excited?

In terms of ticket sales in the UK, it absolutely will outsell Taylor Swift. Oasis were and still are massive over there.

There will be a ton of interest for the early shows to see if the brothers fight on stage. I can’t imagine they’ll get through all the dates.

Liam pushed and choked his manager/girlfriend. On camera. The man who stopped him from harming her further was fired.

He’s disgusting; why give him your money?

Saw them in 1995 (I think or 1996) at Hammerjacks in Baltimore. I would pay to see them again.
