When did your baby start crawling?

I think crawling at 8 months, walking at 12-13 months.

More or less. I have three kids and for my kids crawling early did mean walking early but it was not linear. Ever kid had their own trajectory:

Baby #1: Crawled a 9 months, walked at 12 months (started cruising on furniture at 11 months)

Baby #2: Crawled at 10.5 months, walked at 13 months (started cruising on furniture at 11.5 months)

Baby #3: Crawled at 6 months, walked at 10 months (started cruising on furniture at 7.5 months)

Weirdly enough Bluey did a decent job covering this in the "Baby Race" episode.

This!

And remember. People are more likely to talk/brag about babies/kids who do things early. Your kid doesn’t have to be early. There is a wide range of absolutely normal development. It means very little in the long run.
